The Problem

BWB Digital Assets had a regulatory window in Brazilian tokenized securities. Every vendor they called quoted 12–16 months. Missing the window meant missing the market.

BWB had deep financial expertise but no in-house blockchain engineering. They needed a partner who could handle the full stack — smart contracts, self-custodial wallets, on-chain settlement — without a 6-month discovery phase.

The Approach

We embedded a dedicated team and started shipping from week one. No discovery phase, no architecture committee — weekly deliveries against a launch-focused roadmap. Every Friday, BWB had working software they could demo to stakeholders and regulators.

Built the tokenization protocol on Base with Solidity smart contracts. Gnosis Safe multisig handles custody. Privy powers self-custodial wallets that abstract crypto UX for traditional investors. Convex handles the backend. The Graph indexes on-chain events. Foundry runs contract testing and deployment. All deployed to Cloudflare Workers for edge performance.

The platform is live with its first tokenization in active fundraising. Full investor lifecycle runs in production — KYC, deposits, withdrawals, investment execution. A distributor partner dashboard and tokenization team dashboard are both running. Once legal review clears, a new offering goes live in under 5 minutes. All delivered in 4 months from a standing start, while competitors were still scoping discovery phases.
