About
7 engineers. No overhead. No discovery theater.
Shippit is an AI-native software consultancy based in Florianópolis, Brazil. We build production systems for companies that need senior engineering capacity without the overhead of traditional agencies.
We founded TechLibs in February 2025. In July we launched Shippit — a web3 vibe-coding platform we took from 0 to GTM by November. Then we pivoted: the demand was senior engineering capacity for AI systems, not another tool. We kept the name. Every engineer here has 8+ years of experience and ships production code daily.
We are going where the work is hardest: AI systems that need to be reliable, scalable, and maintainable. Not prototypes. Not demos. Production.
APPROACH
How we work.
We start building on day one. No discovery phase, no requirement documents that nobody reads, no three-week onboarding. You tell us the problem, we start shipping the solution.
Our process is simple: daily deploys, weekly demos, direct Slack access to every engineer on your project. You see progress every single day.
We work in your codebase, attend your standups, and follow your conventions. When the engagement ends, there is no handoff — because we were never separate from your team.
We start building on day one.
ENGAGEMENT MODELS
Three ways to start.
2–8 weeks, Fixed scope
Sprint
Rapid build from architecture to deployment. A dedicated team ships a complete product in a fixed timeframe. You get working software, not a backlog.
Best for: POCs, MVPs, isolated features
3+ months, Ongoing scope
Embedded Team
Engineers integrated with your existing team. We write code in your repo, attend your standups, and ship your roadmap. No context switching, no translation layer.
Best for: Platform rebuilds, scaling engineering capacity, long-term product development
Ongoing, Architecture + strategy
Advisory
Architecture review, technical strategy, and hands-on guidance from senior engineers. We help you make the right decisions before you write the code.
Best for: Technical due diligence, architecture decisions, AI strategy
